Bug & Peg LLC exists to bridge self-care and awareness—to offer healing rooted in truth. Last year I explored, through different topics about abuse, how people lose time, voice, and dignity to systems that do not value them. But the most important thing I did was to create this vision and mission and to lead it.
The Realization
When I chose to take the lead in my own interests, the resistance I encountered wasn’t about our products or services offered. It was about independence. I learned that many support healing only as long as it can be controlled by familiar systems.
Why This Matters
Bug & Peg is a sanctuary for integrity. It exists to honor the legacy of my parents who lived with quiet strength and passed that foundation on to me.
2026: The Way Forward
This year, we will move with greater intention. We are not here to solely compete for profits. We are here to transcend.
The products are tools: Candles, journals, and scrubs are instruments for a life lived on purpose. The mission is healing—real healing that begins when we stop consuming ourselves in comparison to others and find the strength to admit that our personal successes are not enough—our communities are wounded.
